This is Renard, the fox of French legend--the trickster. He can outwit any hunter and sit admiring his white-tipped tale while the hounds bay far away on a false trail. This beautiful 15" Folkmanis puppet is not really that small (except in comparison to his large gray cousin) but he teaches how being a little smaller, yet far more clever, can let one sit laughing at lumbering bullies. Furthermore, his movable mouth invites his new owner to talk through him, expressing the little fears even the foxy might have.
